Micro:bits

This week Sally from the Library came to show us how to use Micro:bits. They can be used for lots of amazing things but we used them to make messages and pictures. Here are some photos to show how we got on.

Ballet Workshop with Move Orkney

Move Orkney came to visit 5E and 5M today to celebrate World Ballet Day. We took part in a Ballet Workshop where we enjoyed trying out lots of different moves and learning more about Ballet. We moved around the hall playing games and used the new movements we had learned. In a circle we tried some different moves and tried a dance together. At the end we had a flossing competition.  Thank you very much Move Orkney for coming to visit 5E and 5M today.
